Permanent makeup is a technique which creates tattoos that resemble makeup, applying permanent enhancing colours to the skin of the face, lips, and eyelids, to produce a permanent cosmetic look. Artificial eyebrows, are an extremely popular treatment, particularly in people who have lost them as a consequence of old age or chemotherapy, likewise permanent makeup is also used to enhance or restore the breast’s areola, after breast surgery.

Most commonly called permanent cosmetics, other names include dermapigmentation ( permanent pigmentation of the dermis), and cosmetic tattooing because the permanent makeup is applied under sterile conditions, very similar to having a tattoo.

The lasting beauty results can depend on different influencing factors, such as lifestyle, how much time you spend in the sun, or swimming or going to the gym. Skin type can also factor in the length of time the results last too. The best possible colour results can perform for many years or may begin to fade over time, touch ups can be carried out to enhance if the colours fade or change over time.
